Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to determine their needs and explain product benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to drive sales and increase conversion rates.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per customer.
Qualifications
