Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high retention rates.
- Deliver high-quality sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategies for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert interest into closed deals.
- Learn and master our proprietary sales training program and product knowledge.
- Track daily activities and report on sales progress to management.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; full training is provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required for local client meetings).
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
