Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to potential customers in person and over the phone.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high retention rates.
- Participate in team training sessions and workshops to continuously improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
