As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the bridge between our innovative products and the local businesses in San Antonio. You will engage with clients face-to-face, identify their needs, and provide solutions that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients in the San Antonio area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and community outreach.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to ensure company growth.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional events and campaigns.
- Track sales activities and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Energetic self-starter with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required for field sales work).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
