Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the local Detroit market.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead generation.
- Track and document all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM software.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to offer superior value to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- No prior outside sales experience required; we train the right attitude.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a competitive drive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
