- Consultative Sales: Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions for our products/services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
- Contract Negotiation: Navigate the sales process to negotiate terms, close deals, and secure contracts effectively.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required for outside sales territory coverage.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full training for motivated candidates.
