Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
- Participate in daily training sessions to sharpen your negotiation and closing skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we teach everything from scratch.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
