Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to determine their specific needs and requirements.
- Present company products and services to prospective customers in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Participate in daily training sessions to master sales methodologies and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software (training provided).
- Must be motivated by performance-based incentives and commission structures.
