Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the designated territory to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to present our products/services and qualify leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing deals.
- Update and maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is not required, but a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
