Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients via phone and email.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed and earn commission.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
