Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their unique business needs.
- Present company solutions and product demonstrations via phone and video conferencing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Track and manage sales pipeline activities using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting goals or a strong desire to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
