Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Build rapport with prospects to understand their needs and pain points
- Present tailored solutions using our CRM platform
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consistent follow-up
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years sales/customer service experience
