Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads in the Virginia Beach and surrounding areas.
- Engage with prospective clients to identify their specific needs and present our products/services as the ideal solution.
- Overcome objections and negotiate terms to close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss performance, share best practices, and align on sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
