Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads
- Nurture relationships with prospects via CRM platforms
- Present product solutions and overcome client objections
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document interactions in Salesforce and maintain pipeline health
- Participate in weekly training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 0-2 years sales/customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (training provided)
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
