Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls and digital outreach
- Build relationships with potential clients while representing our SaaS products
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline documentation
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM software aptitude
- Goal-oriented mindset with competitive drive
- Authorization to work in the United States
