Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Meet monthly KPIs including call volume, pipeline generation, and conversion rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
