Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to decision-makers using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 80+ call/day volume
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 95% accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Participate in daily huddles and weekly performance reviews
- Complete continuous product and sales methodology training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
