Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
