Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while demonstrating product expertise
- Collaborate with marketing and senior sales teams to develop targeted sales strategies
- Track all activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales methodologies
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell complementary solutions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent sales experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
