Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM tools to generate new business opportunities
- Present product solutions to potential clients through customized demonstrations and value-based pitches
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while exceeding monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly performance reviews
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years sales experience, recent graduates welcome
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and persuasive skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Goal-driven mindset with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Spanish fluency a strong plus for Florida market
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings
