Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Present product solutions to potential customers via virtual demos
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, pipeline generation, and closed deals
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM tools
