Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify 15+ new leads daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present SaaS solutions to decision-makers in regulated industries
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Conduct 25+ product demonstrations per week
- Close 4-6 new accounts monthly with 18-month contract terms
- Maintain 95%+ activity compliance in CRM tracking
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification
- 0-2 years B2B sales/internship experience
- Proficiency in HubSpot/Salesforce and Google Workspace
- Exceptional active listening and objection-handling skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply
- Results-driven mindset with documented achievement history
- Valid US work authorization and clean driving record
- Availability for occasional evening client meetings (6-8 PM CST)
