Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients across California
- Present InnovateTech's SaaS solutions to key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Accurately update and manage Salesforce CRM pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong ability to learn technical products quickly
