Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Build rapport with potential clients using consultative selling techniques
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- 0-2 years of sales or customer experience accepted
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
- Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn CRM systems
- Self-motivated with strong goal-oriented mindset
