Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via phone/video conferences
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Zero sales experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with natural curiosity about technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
- Resilient personality with ability to handle rejection constructively
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- San Antonio resident strongly preferred
