Responsibilities
- Master our sales process and product knowledge through structured onboarding
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and email campaigns
- Build rapport with potential clients and understand their business needs
- Present solutions and close sales over the phone/video
- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and manage pipelines
- Collaborate with senior team members for ongoing coaching
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Participate in weekly sales training and development sessions
Qualifications
