Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and CRM outreach
- Build rapport with potential clients to understand their business needs
- Present product solutions aligned with client requirements
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM accurately
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign support
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 0-2 years sales experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
