Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients in the SaaS industry
- Present product solutions and close deals over the phone/video
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track interactions and pipeline
- Participate in daily sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (students welcome to apply)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Resilience to handle rejection and adapt to feedback
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Authorization to work in the United States
