Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels for B2B technology solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs including call volume and conversion rates
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, pipeline, and sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain deep industry knowledge
- Contribute to weekly sales strategy meetings with team leadership
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales experience (internships, retail, or campus leadership acceptable)
- Strong communication and persuasive skills with professional phone demeanor
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Residency in Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
