- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools
- Present product solutions to potential clients and address inquiries
- Collaborate with senior sales teams to develop customized proposals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Participate in daily sales training and strategy sessions
- Contribute to team-wide sales initiatives and campaigns
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM systems
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
