Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, Web4)
- Architect scalable solutions addressing 2026's computational challenges
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering and product teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present technology vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor quantum/AI regulatory landscapes and compliance requirements
- Lead patent development for novel technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/Neural Networks/AI Ethics
- Published research in Nature/Science on computational theory
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale AI/quantum systems
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Certification in quantum algorithm design (IBM Qiskit, Google Cirq)
