Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision, aligning company goals with market demands.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing the roadmap, ensuring milestones for the 2026 fiscal year are met.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Automation, Quantum) to advise leadership on adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic shifts.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to secure budget and resources for future initiatives.
- Oversee the digital transformation strategy to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or business development.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change management and transformation projects.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in Business, Technology, or Strategy preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
