Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 vision, aligning technology with business goals.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core systems to automate complex workflows.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Innovation Labs: Establish a dedicated innovation lab to prototype and test emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Computing, Autonomous Systems).
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-state systems adhere to rigorous security standards and data privacy regulations.
- Scalability: Design systems capable of handling exponential growth in data volume and user traffic.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a director-level or senior management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments.
- Agile Methodology: Experience managing teams using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
