Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, aligning with market evolution and disruptive trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and post-blockchain paradigms
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and regulatory compliance
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate emerging technologies through strategic acquisitions
- Develop future-proof talent ecosystems, cultivating specialized skills in exponential technologies
- Present visionary blueprints to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least three exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biocomputing, etc.)
- Track record of scaling technology teams to >50 professionals across global innovation hubs
- Published research or patents in future-focused domains (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Executive presence with board-level experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; MBA preferred
