Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 strategic vision, aligning company goals with emerging global trends.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Robotics) to identify high-potential opportunities for the organization.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the internal 'Future Lab' initiative, fostering a culture of experimentation and prototyping for next-gen solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and investors to secure funding and buy-in for long-term projects.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on competitor strategies to anticipate market moves and maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic planning, product management, or tech leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable long-term roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade diverse audiences.
