Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- Lead a high-performance team of architects and engineers to design scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
- Predict and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Metaverse integration) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the integration of legacy systems into modern, cloud-native environments.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular progress reports to the C-Suite.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technology projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
