- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to establish a clear vision and execution plan for technology advancements over the next two years.
- Emerging Tech Research: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) and assess their applicability and ROI for the organization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives.
- Innovation Management: Establish and manage a portfolio of internal innovation projects to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological agility.
- Vendor and Partnership Strategy: Evaluate external technology partners and vendors, negotiating contracts that secure cutting-edge solutions for the company.
- Talent and Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance technology team, fostering an environment of technical excellence and forward-thinking.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Visionary: Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies that drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, data analytics, and AI/ML frameworks.
