Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively approach customers, answer questions, and recommend products to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Operations: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, manage returns, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Merchandising: Assist in visual merchandising, inventory management, and restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team and fellow associates to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communication: Clearly communicate product features and promotions to customers to influence purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
