Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including inbound leads and outbound prospecting, to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively demonstrate value propositions to potential buyers.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (B2B sales experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
