Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory in Ohio.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide weekly sales reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven B2B Outside Sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Ability and willingness to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
