Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic prospecting in the Greater Cleveland area.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products and services to potential clients, handling all objections professionally.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Track sales activities and update CRM systems accurately to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve market penetration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commission-based sales roles.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for field travel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a focus on closing.
- Ability to work independently in the field with a high level of self-motivation.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
