Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads via phone and email to generate a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate prospects on our value proposition and features.
- Manage and maintain accurate CRM records to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Highly goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including evenings if necessary.
