Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Closing: Present product solutions to prospects, overcome objections, and close deals over the phone.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and pipeline activities in our CRM system.
- Client Relations: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Reporting: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong ability to set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
