Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads.
- Manage and grow a diverse sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct needs assessments with prospects to tailor product demonstrations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals within established timeframes.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative approach.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
