Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences to drive sales and loyalty
- Meet/exceed daily/weekly sales targets through consultative selling
- Execute visual merchandising standards and inventory management
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Actively participate in product knowledge training sessions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals
- Identify upsell opportunities and recommend complementary products
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid CA driver's license (if driving required for store visits)
