We are looking for a dynamic Daily Pay Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. This is a Direct Hire position offering immediate income opportunities and a commission structure that rewards high performance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and prospecting to generate new business leads within the San Diego market.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Close sales agreements and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or field sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
