Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the company's long-term technical strategy aligned with the 2026 vision and market trends.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class engineering and IT team.

- Future Readiness: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, etc.) and assess their potential impact on our business roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP of Engineering capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and modern programming languages.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-growth startups or managing large-scale enterprise technology transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to investors and boards.
