Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect the technical vision for our core systems, ensuring scalability and longevity beyond current industry standards.
- Neural Cloud Infrastructure: Lead the design and implementation of distributed neural networks capable of real-time, autonomous decision-making.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum-ready protocols into our existing machine learning pipelines.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish the governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for autonomous systems to ensure alignment with human values.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and research teams to translate high-level strategy into technical execution.
- System Resilience: Build infrastructure that can withstand high-frequency, high-volume data loads in a post-silicon era.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI and Machine Learning leadership.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
