Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI architectural roadmap, aligning technology with business objectives.
- Lead high-level research into emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI, Multimodal Learning, and Autonomous Systems.
- Architect secure, scalable, and high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Vector Databases.
- Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate industry trends up to 2026.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
