Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for large-scale LLMs and multimodal systems.
- Model Optimization: Drive research initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve energy efficiency in AI models.
- Deployment Strategy: Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments using Kubernetes and serverless infrastructure.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D: Explore emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI to stay ahead of the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of shipping production-level models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning, and NLP.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver elegant, robust solutions.
